When should we book our wedding photographer and videographer?
You can book us a week, a month, or even a year in advance—it really just depends on our availability! The sooner you reach out, the better, but feel free to message us anytime to check if your date is open.
How many hours of coverage do we need?
The most popular package is usually 8 hours, but it really depends on your schedule, locations, and what’s most important to you. We can go over all the details during your free video or phone consultation to help you build the perfect timeline.
What’s your turnaround time?
We always send a sneak peek within 48 hours after your wedding so you can relive some of the best moments right away! The full gallery is delivered within 30 business days.
How do you deliver our wedding photos and videos?
We’ll send you a private online gallery with a digital download link, available for 1 month. It’s super easy to view, download, and share with your family and friends anytime!
Do you have experience working with different cultures and traditions?

What do we need to secure the date?
To officially secure your wedding date, we’ll send you a simple contract to sign and a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. Just send us a message when you’re ready, and we’ll walk you through the next steps!
Do you charge travel fees?
Travel fees are already included if your wedding is located within 200 miles of Los Angeles. If it’s a bit further, we’ll happily discuss travel options with you!
